Hi everyone! My name is Jayne Baltazar, and I am the owner/baker of Macaron De Jayne.
Baking started as a hobby until I was determined to raise my own funds to study abroad in Paris (2013). I learned how to bake French Macarons by watching YouTube tutorials and reading blogs. My fundraiser was a HUGE success, and I became very passionate with the entire baking process of these delicate treats.
Everything is handcrafted and baked in small batches, from piping to packing and everything in between. I strive to have the quality, texture, and flavor of each macaron taste as good as it looks.
