Welcome! My name is Jayne, and I am the owner/baker of Macaron De Jayne.
My macaron journey started in 2013. I got accepted to study abroad in Paris, and I was determined to raise my own funds by baking.
I learned how to bake these delicate treats by watching YouTube tutorials and reading blogs. My passion for baking French Macarons turned into a small business.
Everything is handcrafted and baked in small batches, from piping to packing and everything in between. I strive to have the quality, texture, and flavor of each macaron taste as good as it looks.
